Program is stuck on state form. The program will not move forward or backward.

Try shutting it down, logging in and logging out.  That may help reset the program.

Mine is stuck this year in the federal form.  Turbo tax has gone to hell in a handbasket in 2021 guess this will no longer be for me and I have been with them for years. Can't even contact anyone .  Report them to the better business bureau!

In your situation, it is recommended that you first log out of your TurboTax Online and delete your cookies.
