My tax is complete. Turbo tax is paid, I continue to file. It takes me to review refund info. I review the info and it is correct. I continue and the program returns to review. Cannot file. Help reports I will be contacted in 5 minutes. No one calls.

TurboTax is aware that some customers are having this issue and are working to resolve it. Go through all of the review screens to try to resolve this issue.

The problem is with the turbotax program. The program does not have form 5795 or residential tax credits. I cannot file because the program has neglected to include these forms. Now, I have to wait. Turbotax let customers down by no informing them ahead of time the program was incomplete and did not have form 5695. I wish there was a way to get my money back. I bought a program to let me file my tax and the program will not do what is claims to be able to do. This is fraudulent.
This is scheduled to be fixed with the February 7 update. The updates generally happen at night. It should be available February 8.
