problems

When I sign in it keeps saying I need to upgrade my Chrome. I have and it still says I need to.

Try clearing the cookies from your browser.  This will often resolve this issue.  In chrome, the simplest way to bring up this menu is Ctrl+Shift+Del.

problems

I could not log into my account using Edge browser on the laptop or Ghostery on the phone.  I finally was able to login using Chrome.
