Problems importing from Pershing/NetXInvestor

My Pershing portfolio consists of 2 accounts.  There is a single p/w for the portfolio and no p/w for the individual accts. TurboTax imports data (1099s and transactions) via NetXInvestor properly for one account but ignores the other. I can view and print tax docs for both accounts from the brokerage and NetXInvestor.  This occurred for both the 2021 and 2022 tax years.  Would appreciate suggestions.

You may have better luck contacting Pershing since they may know of a work-around.  note that some brokerages close off importing after a certain date.

Problems importing from Pershing/NetXInvestor

Contacting Pershing/NetXInvestor is of no help.  They suggest contacting Turbotax.

Is the issue that NetXinvestor has one ID/PW for the blanket account and Turbortax is expecting  a unique ID/PW combination for each account?

Manually entering this information sucks.  That's the reason for the import in the first place.  I'm pretty sure Turbotax doesn't give a **bleep**.

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.

Agree. I contacted Cetera (Pershing/NetInvestor) they say to contact TurboTax.. Turbotax says it's a problem with Netxinvestor. Customer is caught in the middle. It would seem that they could work it out ....rather than pass the buck
