Problems downloading purchased software

Intuit  this is a problem!!!!

 

As the others listed here ... I've purchased the software (Amazon) and the link to download it will not work (www.InstallTurboTax.com  or https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/install-turbotax/)

 

we get nothing ... 

 

I've cleared cache, cookies ... used other browsers, with VPN and without .  I'm not a tech noob, your website is simply not responding back .

 

We need HELP!!!!!!

You may need to update Windows. And turn off your Anti-Virus to download.

I had tried everything listed here .... but it was MS Defender that was having the issue with the turbotax webpage.  Disabled that, and everything worked fine.
