Unless your reject notification states otherwise, make sure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or the end of the entry.  Be sure that you only enter numbers or letters, and don't enter any spaces or special characters such as @ or #.

I filed my taxes with turbo tax 'electronically' or at least i thought i did, but when i go to the turbo tax login it says ready to be mailed, it's impossible to get someone on the phone, so im just trying to figure out how to get back into my info and e-file, i have no way of printing and mailing it... But it just keeps telling me congradulations you filed your tax return... Well did i? I don't wanna start over and mess things up?? ?

Sounds like you have e-filed.  Did you get any emails about e-filing from the IRS, stating your return has been accepted or rejected?   Here is a link to help you check in TurboTax.  You can also check the IRS website.
