Problem with program update

Feb 20 and 21 I attempted to download a program update. Both times the download stopped at 10% and would not progress from there even after several mins. When I attempted to cancel the download that got stuck and I had to use task manager to close the program. What should I do?

The Rev 18.1 manual update is NOW available to download and execute...

Download that and execute it...but you probably have to use Edge to downloads it.

 

Do that one now....then tomorrow, do another internal (in-software) update , since another one ( 19 or 20 ? ) may be issued tonight.
