Problem with finishing filing

It's been a month since I filed. All went well with it. They charged my card for filing an gave me a confirmation number. But it says that I have on more step to complete before finishing. That step I can't compete it says until the irs has not completed this step so it won't let me move ahead. I need someone to find out what's going on. Iv used turbo tax now for 3 years an this is the only time iv had issues.

Can you please be more specific, what is the exact error message you are receiving? Does it refer to a particular form?
