Problem with 2023 deluxe CD

Purchased a 2023 Turbo tax deluxe CD for my taxes as I have done for many years. The latest version will not download because of problems with the CD.  I did get it to download via turbotax online but a different format and no prior years info. When finished they wanted more money for using the online service. Can't get ahold of a live person to talk with

After installing the downloaded version of TurboTax on your computer, you must find last year's tax file on your hard drive and transfer it to the current version. See this article: How do I find last year's tax data file (.tax file) on my computer?

If you started your return in TurboTax Online by mistake, you would find no prior year information in that account. Instead, open TurboTax from your computer desktop.
