Problem installing the disk

Having trouble in installing the program

Make sure that the disc is properly situated in the tray,that is, completely seated on the nub that holds the disc. It should be a tight fit and completely flat. Try inserting again. If you have the slide-in type of disc reader,make sure it is clear of any other discs or toys,etc. It should be caught by the slide firmly.
