Prior year tax summries

Why didn't TurboTax import all of my prior four years of tax summaries to my 2019 tax information?

Prior year tax summries

Transfer of the prior year info happens automatically if :

In the ONLINE program ... you sign in with the same userID & password.

In the DOWNLOADED program ... you choose a prior year .taxfile that had the prior year info in it.
