Hello, I have completed my both my state and federal forms but it wouldn't let me submit it through e-file so now I have to print it out and mail it. ON the both the federal and state sections it says printed.

But when I got to print the PDF it is10 pages long does that include both my federal and state as the pdf only says Individual Income Tax Return? Do I mail all 10 pages?

Why can't you Efile?  If you can share more info, we'll try to help.

Since we can't see your return in this forum, review the PDF.  There should be a Filing Instructions page that prints for your Federal return, and another one for your State return.

If you used TurboTax Online and want to get back into your return, scroll down to the bottom of the page after you Sign In and click on 'Add a State'.

Hello, I’m not sure why it wouldn’t let me efile even though I did the digital signature and reviewed my form. There’s download return button but it’s only on the state section.

Since we can't see your return in this forum, it sounds like you were only Efiling your state return, and that's why it rejected.  You can only file a State return separately if you've already filed your Federal return and it's been accepted.

I would suggest stepping through the FILE section again to be sure you indicated that you want to Efile your Federal return, and that you also want to Efile your state return.  Then when you get to the link to View/Save a copy of your return, you should see a PDF of both Federal and State forms.

If you're using TurboTax Online, clear your Cache and Cookies first.
