Printing 1099's

Can I print 1099's on pre-printed forms (Red copy for IRS) and pre-printed 1096's?

No. Aren't you Efiling them? You can hand copy or type the info from the Turbo Tax printout onto the red forms. I used to go to the library to use the typewriter to type up one. Or if you don't have many, you can renter it again into Quick Employer Forms so you can efile the forms to the IRS.

Since the QEF tool efiles them for you no red forms are required. Print off the employee & employer copies in black & white for your records and to mail out.
