Print and mail state return

Hello, 

I have already submitted my fed tax return online and paid $64. Now I see that I need to pay $50 for my state. I owe the state $28. Is there a way to print and mail? I want to avoid paying $50 dollars.

The fee is for using the software to prepare the state return.   The fee is the same whether you e-file the state return or mail it, and is not based on whether you are getting a state refund or if you owe.
