Prepaying tax on stock sales

Hello,

I am planning to sell a large amount of stock that will sell at a profit.  I want to be able to prepay the tax on this so it doesn't negatively affect my filing next year.  Is there a way to adjust the last quarterly payment voucher to pay 100% of what I expect to owe for both state and federal?  Thank you for the assistance.
