Preparing forms 1099 NEC

Does the Premier edition of Turbo Tax allow you to prepare forms 1099 NEC? I went to create a new return and I do not see the option of preparing forms 1099.

No. The CD/download that can prepare 1099NEC's is Home and Business. Or online Premium.
