Preorder: Your continue button does not illuminate after submitting the payment information. Why and how may I continue?

Ok ... you are just preordering the program ... you pay now and get access later.  Later when you get an email saying the program is ready you will click on the link to download it at that time ...

Also check your CC statement to see if the purchase went thru before trying it again ... it can take 24- 48 hours to show ... and if you do have to redo the purchase then clear your cookies and/or use a different browser.

Also the downloads will start being released 11/5 for the Advantage members ... others will show up in the following 2 weeks. If you ordered the CD it starts shipping the 14th.

IF your CCD doesn't show a payment being processed (wait a couple days), then try another browser too when you try again.

and...What computer type (MAC or Windows) and Which browser were you using?

IF you are not really a type A person, you should probably wait until Dec to order and download/install....let the other type-A's find all the inevitable early installation problems and software crashes. The early versions will require weekly updates until well into Feb anyhow....so wait even longer if possible  (though no telling when they'll raise prices, but Dec is usually OK)

A truly smart person would wait and buy from a reliable third party like Office Depot, Sams club, Staples, Walmart, etc...  since they often have bargains to be had especially as the season progresses their prices go down while the TT prices increases.
