Premium package added to me bill????

I did not select premium package service. Why am I being charged for it

If you selected to pay with your refund, it will automatically add the Premium Services Benefit package since that service is included. If you would like to remove it, you will have to pay with a credit card. To remove, first go to File and click on Start or Revisit. Then you will see your Premium Services Benefits in Step 1 of "Review your order". You should see an option to remove the service in blue. After that, you will need to select Pay with credit card.
