Premium Live Charge

I would like a credit for the difference between premium live vs premium. Somehow it automatically took me to the live edition. I did not use any live features. I’ve prepared and filed the same each year. Please confirm a credit. Or let me know who to contact to request a credit.

You can review your fees in TurboTax online as follows:

1. Go to the left side of your screen under "Tax Home"
2. Go to "Tax Tools" then "Tools"
3. The "Tools Center" Box will pop up
4. Click on "My Fees" to see a summary of your Turbo Tax Fees.
