Premier for 2024 several problems--need to retrieve data and forms

TT lost all my data and forms.  I can find no files with them.  Nothing shows on screen even tho TT says, "almost done".  Everything was there, as I reviewed my entries several times, getting as far as TT calculating the overpayments.  Now, there's nothing.

Suggestions for retrieval?
