I am using 2023 Turbotax Business with the Turbotax Advantage feature (Audit Defense included). While filing the business for my LLC, turbotax asks whether my LLC needs a Power of Attorney. How should I answer this ?

Each small business owner should be sure to have, at a minimum, a power of attorney in place naming a trusted person who is familiar with the operations of the company to act on behalf of the business owner in the event the business owner is unable to.
It is asking this just in case if you have one of these in place and if there is another individual authorized to file taxes on your behalf in case if you are unable to do this. Having a Power of Attorney is not mandatory but is a good idea.
