i received a 1099-C Cancellation of Debt, how do I record or add this on my 1040EZ tax form?

Good evening. Please review the instructions in the article below. Additionally, I want to advise that the Form 1099-C Cancellation of Debt is Not covered by TurboTax Federal Free Online Version. You would need to upgrade to the Deluxe version.

My AGI is under $33,000.....so do I have to include the info on the 1099-C?
