You have to report all of your income, no matter how little it is. Making donations to charity does not reduce the amount of income that you have to report. The income and the donations are two separate transactions.
If you are claiming itemized deductions on your tax return you can include the donations to the church in your deductions. It doesn't matter where the money for the donations came from. But donations will not reduce your tax or increase your refund unless your total itemized deductions exceed your standard deduction.
