[phone number removed] this number has said i owe them over 700 for a order that i’ve not made is this a fraudulent number

The phone number did not post. But if you received a phone call, it was not from the IRS or from TurboTax since they do not call taxpayers or customers. It is a scam.

The phone number you posted was removed by the filter that removes such information from this public website, so no one knows what number called you and left messages. But, the IRS does not call you--so if the message says it is from the IRS it is a scam to which you should not respond. And...we have no idea what "order" you are referring to.
