PDF for 2024 can't be opened

I saved and uploaded a PDF of my 2024 Taxes via their secure link to my accountant. I have not filed yet, so I was saving a PDF for our review.  He cannot open the file.  I have a Mac OS Sequoia 15.6.1. Please let me know what I can do so that he can open it.

thank you!

Here are steps I'd like you to try.

  1. Open the PDF on your mac.
  2. Go to the menu bar at the top of your screen and click File>Print.
  3. In the print dialog box that appears, look for a small "PDF" button in the bottom left corner.
  4. Click that button and select "Save as PDF" from the dropdown menu.
  5. Give the file a new name.
  6. Send that file to the accountant.

Will you please post back here if that resolves the issue?

Sorry, that did not work.  There is no small PDF button on the bottom left corner.

Thank you.

Does the PDF button as shown below not show up on any PDFs you open on your Mac (after going to File>Print)?

If you are still not able to see the PDF button that I'm referring to, can you tell me more about what your accountant is experiencing when attempting to open the PDF? Is there an error message? If you send him a different PDF, can they open that one?

Yes, when I opened another PDF (from my bank, saved in June) the PDF button does not show either when doing File > Print.  Accountant just said he cannot open it. I will ask him if there is an error message and what it says. I sent him a different PDF last night. I'll see if he could open it.
