When I was on the payment screen, I wanted to hit Place Order, but it was below the bottom of my screen and the window would not scroll down. Needs to be fixed. I already had my screen resolution set to high in my Settings Display option. There needs to be a working scroll down feature on all windows including that one.

Try going into your display setting and adjust the screen resolution.
