Paying state tax

What date did I select for direct debit to state of CT? I owe $572 to state, but I do not remember what the automatic withdrawal date is. I called TurboTax no help and I called state DRS they do not see it either. I’m trying to avoid paying twice. Someone please help. Very disappointed in TurboTax help thus far.

You should be able to go back through your State return near the end to see if you put payment information for your State and the date to be withdrawn.  If your State return has not been accepted yet, then your State would not see any information.

If you cannot get back into your return, see the following

1. In TurboTax Online, sign into your account.
2. Select Tax Home in the left menu.
3. Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents.
4. Select 2021, and then select Add a State (you're not actually adding a state, this just opens the return back up)
5. Go to the end of the State return to see direct debit information

If you used the Desktop version, open TurboTax, click on the State Taxes tab, go to the end for direct debit information.
