Paying for State Taxes

When trying to allow Turbotax to log into my Intuit account to pay for my state taxes, I'm getting an error of "Hmm. That didn't work." I've tried everything I can think of. I've made sure Turbotax was up-to-date, rebooted, made sure my password worked via intuit.com and nothing seems to get me past this issue. Help!

I had the same issue. After wrestling with this for 30+ minutes, I finally selected the option at the bottom of the box - which allows you to continue "as a Guest."
