Paying for state return e-file.

TurboTax will not accept a credit card to pay for the state return e-file.  The same thing happened last year.  By phone I talked to a customer service representative who took my credit card information over the phone.  I was then able to file the Federal and State Returns.  I need help again this year.  If you cannot or will not correct this I cannot file my returns,  I will then erase this program and buy H & R Block tax software.
