Password to load state tax

I'm trying to load the CA tax forms for 2024. Turbotax asks for my password, and it seems to want my intuit turbotax password. I put that in, but it says it's wrong. I tested by using the same password to log into my account, so it's right. Is there some other password that I don't know about (and probably don't have)?

Password? When does it ask for a password? Are you trying to add California as a second state download? So you need to pay for it? Anyway the state programs probably aren’t ready yet. Might have to wait for January.

The TurboTax forms for California are currently expected to be available January 9. That date could change. Not all forms will be included in the initial release. Additional forms are currently expected to be available January 23.
