I need help resetting the password to my other Intuit account (I created a new account just to post this question).
The normal account recovery flow (https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/) DOES NOT WORK FOR ME. After I enter my username and my 2FA code via authenticator app, I get to this screen which gives me no way to proceed to get a password reset link:
I've called customer support and they gave me the same information found in the support articles, both the account-recovery flow and the manual upload physical ID flow (e.g. change email / phone number by sending the account team a photo of your DL, etc.). The former doesn't work (see above) and for the latter I don't need to change my email or phone number, I just need to reset my password..
Hoping this post will get me actual technical help since customer support is unable to directly send a password reset link. Please advise.

I appreciate the link but I don't think you appreciate my issue since the link you provided suggests logging into my account as step 1. I literally cannot login to the account that I need to change my password for and like I mentioned above the Intuit suggested ways to recover the account do not work as well.
