Parents as dependants
Can my kid consider me as their dependants? I am retired, citizen, > 75 and on social security and filling jointly with my wife. I live with my kid and they support me whole year.

No. You do not qualify as a dependent under the Qualifying Child rules or Qualifying Relative rules if you file a joint return with your spouse.
