Parents lost custody of me and I'm not sure how to fill the parent form out because I turned 18

There shouldn't be a form for you to file for your parents unless you accidentally stated that you were a parent. Just claim yourself as your own dependent. If not contact Tax Advice or Tax Support for them to further guide you through your filing questions.
