Do I include a copy of my federal taxes along with any w2 and 1099r along with my amended pa state form pa 1040x?

No. You do not have to include a copy of your federal return with your amended PA-40X. 

Do not include W-2s or PA schedules as originally filed or previously amended with this schedule or amended return. Send copies of any new W-2s or 1099s that are part of your amendment.

I’m confused. What form or forms do I mail with my pa state tax 1040X?

Mail all the forms that TurboTax prints with your cover sheet and follow the instructions on the cover sheet.

Do not send any W-2s, 1099s or other tax documents unless amounts from those documents were not part of the original return.
