PA-40 tax form shows refund due, but software doesn't

I can't seem to get the tool to show the refund, so that if I tried to EFile, I wouldn't be getting a refund. How to fix that? This is for an extension that needs to be filed by next week. Should I just give up and print/mail? Would rather EFile if I can.
