I did not get an answer to my over charge question. When i did my taxes on line. i signed up for the first level for doing taxes, something like 19 or something, dont remember. Then after completing most of the taxes it said i needed to up grade to i believe 49 dollars, so i did. When taxes were complete i was charged something like 249 dolllars.I didnt write down the exact amount but i was not told about this extra amount

I have not recieved a reply from you. I am not pleased with not answering my question. I will not use you any more in the future and will let other know not to use turbo tax in future. It was disceptive. As I stated in my question there were no fee mentioned when I did my taxes on line with turbotax. As I began to do it I was told i need to upgrade to the next level so I did, I beleive it was like around 19 dollars give or take. I don't remember, anyways then after doing almost all the taxes online it said I needed to upgrade again to 49 dollars. When I was all done and submitted it it said I was charged 249 dolars or so, I didn't right down the exact amount and can't find what it was but close to what I had stated
