I got an email saying that I have an outstanding balance of over $80 for filing my 2020 taxes but I didn’t use TurboTax this year so I can’t have a balance.. Please help me figure out how to resolve this issue.

Was the email from TurboTax for tax year 2020?
If so, contact TurboTax support and speak with an agent about this issue. Use the key words Billing Issue

Maybe it's for someone else? They might have typed their email address wrong and got yours? Or did you let someone use your account?
Maybe check if a return was accepted from your account. Check efile status here
