Our taxes didn't go through for 2022 2023 we are trying to get help with that ?

We pay turbotax to help us with the taxes but when we thought we put them through they must not have went through

You will need to print and mail your 2022 return to file it at this point.

When you hit transmit on your 2023 return, you need to make sure you look for the email or text message that says your return was accepted or rejected. If it is rejected, you will need to make the corrections and resubmit your return. Until you get that accepted message, your return has not been submitted.
