Our federal tax return was rejected because it says the AGI for my wife is incorrect. The number matches our 2023 1040 tax return, no changes made, we file jointly. Help?

The only possibly explanation provided by Turbotax is that the IRS has incorrect information. How can we address that?

Same thing happened to me and my AGI was correct as well.  I changed it to Zero and then the next rejection was my husband's was wrong so I changed his AGI to Zero and it was accepted and I received my refund already.

This happened to us last year. I ended up printing out the returns and filing by mail.
