"Other self-employed income": Is this your total business revenue or total revenue minus expenses?

I did not receive a 1099-MISC and need to enter business income as "Other self-employed income". I'm assuming this is total revenue for calendar year but just want to make sure since income usually means profit...

Enter your income, what you made dollarwise in your business. Then enter your exenses to arrive at your profit.
