Other Interest and Dividends

The "Other Interest and Dividends" page automatically filled in a check in the Received Interest Payments from a Seller box (2nd box on page). The system doesn't allow me to uncheck the box (as this field doesn't apply to me). How can I uncheck it?

Delete whatever interest form you imported, clear cache and cookies, and type in the information yourself.  If that doesn't work:

• Sign in using a different browser.
• Sign in using a different device.

Unfortunately, that is not solving the problem. 

I deleted the INT form entry in TurboTax, then removed all my prior cache/cookies history (not just today or last 7 days) in Chrome & Edge. This didn't solve the problem. 

After I manually enter the 1099-INT entry in the system, the "Received interest payments from a seller financed mortgage.." box is automatically checked and I can't un-check it.  

If I click the "None of the above" box will that supersede the "Received interest payments" box for my daughter's tax return?

It seems to have worked now. After giving the system 15 minutes to synch up the 2nd mortgage box no longer appears checked.
