Oregon State will not load

I have completed the federal part of the taxes on Turbo tax deluxe, but the Oregon will not come up so I can compete my taxes.  When you click start return, it will say down load is updated and then it will go to save your return and then back to the page of start your Oregon return.

Is there a problem with the software?  If so what is the solution that your going to have to fix it after I have bought the cd and down loaded it and registered it and refreshed it and the state will not work.  Very upsetting if you ask me.

My Oregon tax forms will not load even though the program says that the update is complete.  It shows up and gives the opportunity to start, but will simply not start when I click the start.  What should I do to get it to start.

I had to call intuit/turbo tax and the lady that helped me was really nice, she had me sign into turbo tax after she sent me the OR state down load and then I clicked the down load and then refreshed and logged out and back in again and it works now.

She said that the state with turbo tax, which mine is the deluxe version is having problems like that loading, so I would suggest calling the number. I found it under the intuit page after logging in.  I can't remember exactly where because I was so ticked off, but keep looking and you will eventually find it and they can do the same as they did for me.
