Ordered 2019 turbo tax

I ordered the 2019 download turbo tax software for my Ipad but its not downloading to nothing but one page that indicates the software. Can this software be downloaded to a IPad Pro. If not. I will need to change my download version to a PC/ Microsoft windows version.

You need macOS Mojave 10.14 or later (or Windows 8 or later).

You will need to contact customer support in order to switch to a Windows download instead of a download for Mac. The desktop software does not work on any sort of mobile device. You must have a full PC or Mac.
