Order [removed] Can't download from CD. Need web download. Please advise.

Being that you have purchased the CD, we should be able to provide your with a download version of the software over the phone. The representative will need to you to verify information from the actual CD, but once you are able to provide them with the information they will be able to give you instruction on accessing the download.
