I was automatically charged for the 2024 version. Got the email with the key and the link to log into my account to go to the downloads tab, but the 2024 version does not show up in my available downloads. I checked the order status using the order number in the email and it does correspond with a purchase of the 2024 version of home and business desktop windows. Where is it then? why does it not show up in my available downloads?

i have the same problem. of course they are closed today. i want a cd again.
