Opening Turbo tax deluxe for 2024 downloaded file

I purchased Turbo tax 2024 deluxe from Amazon. I downloaded the file to my computer. I have tried opening it numerous times and even redownloaded the file but nothing happens.  Any suggestions on how to open the file and have it save to my computer so I can do my taxes?

Is the file you downloaded an install.exe file?
