Oops! It appears there was a drop in our connection.

I'm almost done with my 2021 tax filing and I went and deleted 2 1099-R forms.  Since doing that today, it is impossible to access my information again.  Nothing is available except for the screen "Oops! It appears there was a drop in our connection."

I've tried this on my cell phone data plan connection, 3 different web browsers, reset cookies etc.  This isn't a problem on my end, but a glitch in the Turbotax online software.

 

I really need to get my taxes done and I am beside myself to think that I have to start over.

Thanks for the help, but I did look at this post before I made my own.  It isn't solving my troubles.

I am on day four of this error myself trying to fix a rejected return so I can file my taxes. I spoke with IT at TurboTax and they were useless. Nothing worked and she sounded like she had no clue why I continued to have this problem. I have attempted to access this from my iPhone browser, Safari, Chrome and on multiple computers. She told me to disconnect from wifi on my phone and try. Still the same error. She instructed me to clear the cookies and cache's and still the same error. She was basically useless so I hung up the phone, but that still didnt fix my error 🙂
