Did you already file federal?  You can't efile state until federal has been accepted.

You can file state before Federal but you have to mail state.

You have to first fill out federal for it to flow to state and pay the fees for both by credit card.

You can not use TurboTax to complete a state return only. The TurboTax base program is the federal tax program. State taxes are an add-on. You have to complete your federal tax return first, before you can even start your state tax return.

You can not e-file your state return until after you have completed and e-filed the federal return.
