I've been unemployed this entire tax year. The only thing I have is a 1099-INT with the amount in which one is required to report (I think I should be reporting it. I'm not sure. It's within $100-500). How should I file for ONLY a 1099-INT, without filing a 1040? I do not own a house or a car, if that's important information.
