The 2021 TurboTax program says no when you get to the point of filing but I an seeing references that says you can. The catch is that am being told to open/click/enter the "Amending Your Return" and I can't find it in a menu anywhere in TT 2021. Also the 1040X appears to only be signed in hard copy?? Do I have to mail thios return and will I be able to e-file 2022?
Perpetually befuddled

For assistance filing an amended 2021 tax return, please see the TurboTax FAQ's below:
I guess I'm looking at mailing everything. The original was a "Married filing Separately" and the amended will be "Married filing Jointly". Is there a way to print sign and upload the 1040-X into the return? It is in the return but there is no way that I can see to sign it. I'm using Chrome, would Edge help?
The form is included so you won't need to upload a signed 1040x form. If you are printing your documents to file by mail, you will sign the forms then.
